I am an artist and photographer currently living in Norfolk, England. As a youngster, I could normally be found either with my nose in a book or drawing. Once I discovered the wonderful world of photography, my art took a back seat for many years as I studied photography and enjoyed creating wildlife and landscape images.
A few years later, I decided to try to turn one of my passions into a career and I returned to university to study Wildlife Conservation. My degree led first to a job as an ecological consultant, specialising in ornithology, and subsequently to my current career as a communicator for an ornithological charity.
I returned to my artistic roots a few years ago and rediscovered my love for drawing. Creating animal portraits, of both wildlife and domestic subjects, has become the perfect way to blend my passions. I specalise in graphite, using professional drawing materials and archival-quality paper and mounts to ensure that my drawings maintain their quality for a lifetime.
Commissions
I regularly undertake commissions of both pets and wildlife. I would love to hear from you if you are interested in obtaining a portrait of a beloved pet or a drawing of a wild animal either for yourself or as a unique gift.
